What requests are used to change products in bulk (Ebay API)?

Tell me who contacted the Ebay API - what requests should be used to change the mass price and quantity of goods.
The last thing I found more or less suitable is "ReviseInventoryStatus", in one request you can change the price and quantity of 4 products. But here the question is - how many times a day can you use it?
(and if you change 4 products at once, does this count as 1 request or 4?)
I didn’t find an answer in the documentation, and when calling "GetApiAccessRules", such limits are not indicated either ...
