How to sell goods from Russia to the USA or Europe?

Probably, the question does not fit into the concept of a toaster at all and will remain unanswered, but what if?
Briefly: there is a product, 1 pc. Game console (multi-system emulator) of our own production. It is based on a Raspberry Pi 3 single-board microcomputer. Once I posted a video with this thing on YouTube, and it quickly gained several thousand views (now there are more than 50,000). The main segment of interested people turned out to be from the US and Europe. Then the idea came up to sell this thing using the ebay service, but nothing came of it. Too complex and confusing (and not entirely transparent) scheme of how it works.
The essence of the question - can there be services, sites where it is much easier to do this?
"I put up the goods - a buyer was found - we discussed the cost, delivery, etc. - he paid - I sent the goods - profit" Without any insurance, pay pal and other things. I'm not going to throw anyone, I believe in karma.
Maybe someone had experience of selling their developments on sites not intended for this.

Well, if this is just such craft, then you can try Etsy.com, they love such things. If you don’t have wholesale sales of 1000 pieces a day, you can do everything yourself (cheaper, but it will take time.) Wash down the landing page, leave the data and run to send from the mail.

You can try to organize a campaign on Kickstarter. Since there is a prototype, there may be those who wish to finance and accordingly buy.

No matter how cool, everything that suits you will be difficult to use. Amazon would be the best choice for this product.

If eBay seems complicated and the forums don't help, DAMN this idea and move on. And others will sell. With knowledge of the language, commerce and market realities. You can put together a team.
