How to forward a phone via the Internet?

There is an apartment. A provider cable enters the apartment. A Phone Adapter with Router Linksys SPA2102 is connected to the cable. Accordingly, we have cheap internet and a home phone in the apartment.
There is an office in direct line of sight from the apartment. Also available is the AddPac AP1100F-B VoIP Gateway with 8 x FXS ports.
In the office, you want to get cheap internet and a telephone, but at the same time they should be in the apartment. You also need to save the SIP number provided by the provider.
The best option, as I understand it, would be to set up a wi-fi bridge using some Ubiquiti / Mikrotik.
But in the gap of what to put this wi-fi equipment in the apartment?
If you immediately forward the provider's cable to the office via wi-fi, then there will be neither the Internet nor a telephone in the apartment.
If you forward Linksys' LAN port, then the office will have only the Internet, without a phone. Will it be possible in this case, using the existing AddPac AP1100F-B, to connect to the provider's VoIP server? That is, two VoIP gateways working in parallel will hang on one number.
What do you advise in this case at the minimum cost of additional equipment?

Forward the Internet to the office. Then look at the restrictions of the provider for VoIP. It's easier to connect to the office separately via VoIP, that is, another VoIP operator.

I join Dmitry
A with a telephone - there is a shaft of telephone line radio extensions. Depending on how far to the office and what you need.
Maybe a regular DECT radiotelephone will do? One at home, one at the office.

You need one VoIP number both in the apartment and in the office. Most likely, you need to connect an additional VoIP gateway with an FXO port to Linksys and connect it to a Wi-Fi bridge through a switch. That's another collective farm. Which VoIP gateway can be used to work with AddPac AP1100F-B ? Or are all VoIP gateways more or less compatible with each other and can work in point-to-point mode?
