Which VoIP provider in the UK would you recommend to be able to invoice for services to a legal entity?

I need to buy and organize two English lines, but I don’t know which provider to choose.
The main nuance: it is necessary that the provider be able to issue an invoice for payment to the legal entity (for line rental + minutes packages + some advance payment on the account in case the minutes package is exceeded) either monthly or for some fixed periods, at least for a year.
Those. the provider issues an invoice => the legal entity pays and uses the services for the paid period, then everything repeats.
The legal entity is British, everything is ok with the details.
It is desirable that the provider can be asked all questions about prices, etc. by email, not just by phone. And then, for example, BT might have been chosen as a provider, but, as far as I understand, their form of communication provides only a phone call, respectively, to ask them a question about connecting an English number, you need to already have an English number so that BT support can tell me call back. Recursion.

To get started, you can rent a British number without a legal entity here:

Pay by card on the site or in any other way.
Well, for the first time you will have a working number in order to calmly look for a company with payment by bank transfer from a legal entity and issue invoices. It's a bureaucratic thing.
As long as you can work.
