This is such garbage every time I turn on full-screen mode on YouTube, literally for a couple of seconds, and then it shows normally. In general, there is always some kind of garbage with a picture, in some games the picture freezes at times, but the sound continues to go.

This is an AMD driver, it is solved by turning off hardware acceleration in the browser
Or installing a different version of firewood, but this can be sorted out for a long time
