Tell me a good miniTX board for a home server with passive cooling
After discussing the choice of a platform for a home server (universal - file storage, torrent downloader, media server), I came to build it on the miniITX platform. Please help me choose a motherboard. Requirements:
- passive cooling
- integrated processor and video (enough to play video in HD1080)
- low power consumption
- SATA and eSATA
- at least a couple of USB 3.0 connectors for the future
- HDMI (for connecting to a TV)
- IR for remote control (? I don’t know if there are USB adapters that allow you to organize control from the remote control, if there is something not a mandatory requirement)
- the presence of pci-e for the future (maybe an external video card for video decoding?)
- built-in WiFi (connection to the router will be via WiFi. Because the USB WiFi adapter will not work)
- well, I don’t want to climb out for 3-4 tr on the budget.

IR is not needed, this is the last century, I bought myself a radio remote control with a gyroscope + it can be trained on the signals of IR remote controls that are already at home. www.ipazzport.com/16.html
ASUS E35M1-I DELUXE seems to meet all your requirements, except for IR, but it has BlueTooth. I don't know of a single bare Mini-ITX board that has an IR on its own. Usually this either comes bundled with an external graphics card/TV tuner or on the computer case (if sold as a nettop).
With passive there will be only Atom, which is of little interest to me. I took itc.ua/articles/obzor-materinskoy-platyi-asus-c8hm70-i-hdmi-udachnaya-zagotovka-dlya-htpc/ switched the cooler to lower speeds through an adapter, it seems to be normal for now.

Have you ever thought about Mini-itx board + something like core i5 3470t? I already miss the Atom D510 on my home server. Yes, and, the same, more modern, E-350 is on the netbook, everything slows down there.
- passive cooling
Passive cooling severely limits the processor. That is, it will be something like Intel Atom or VIA C7.
If the processor load is small, then it is quite a working option. If you need to encode video or something like that, then it will be rather sad to have it all work.
- integrated processor and video (enough to play video in HD1080)
It's easier. If the video is something like NVidia ION (which is often found on passively cooled Mini-ITX), then it has hardware 1080p video decoding.
