How to choose a video and audio card for PC?

Well, that is basic - it is clear, the budget, under the budget requirements and vice versa.

I'm looking at 80 thousand UAH (somewhere around $ 2800) and so far I have this set:

Now I have a question about the card - I want 3080, but I read that some manufacturers have questionable stuffing or overheat - so how do I know What kind of 3080 should I get

?

And the second question - how to choose a good and affordable sound card? I have several requirements for it:
1. The ability to play instruments live (as I understand it, you need ASIO for this)
2. The ability to simultaneously output to headphones and speakers (now if I connect headphones, the speakers turn off, I don’t like it )
3. It would be ideal if you could hear your voice in headphones, but without lag and noise (when you can’t hear yourself, you start yelling loudly, and the noise puts too much pressure on your head)
4. It is desirable to connect a guitar - no need it was to climb to the back of the hull.

And here is a rather funny problem with the audio card - there are only a dozen of them on the hotline. And there isn't much good information about them.

I will answer about the audio art. If you need to connect instruments, then immediately look at least somehow professional ones - but they will not be on the hotline. Look for firms Focusrite, Behringer - and you can immediately external and not in the case.
At the Behringer umc 22 itself - well, at least points 1 and 4 are provided))) I think point 3 can also be implemented - but this is a matter of software and where you connect the microphone (and it may not work to shove a simple microphone into such sound systems). I check point 2.
PS 2 item checked - also without problems. True, this is not programmatically regulated (specifically on my zvukovuhe).
And yes - for the first point you need ASIO, and preferably a higher version

Why buy 3080, for what purposes at all. Moreover, it is the latest, and as they say, "everything new is sold more expensive." There are 3070 ti or super which are superior to the usual, the more cheaper. Yes, it is big, and you have to buy a case that will fit the video card.
As I understand it, you are for music, but I'm not sure that a powerful video card depends on this.
