Contact an electronics engineer to diagnose the mat. boards and replacement of burnt components. What other answer do you expect to see here?

What socket? Is there a built-in video core in the processor?

Nifigashiki. If the plug burned out, then the mother is most likely damaged. Either change or repair - but repairs plus diagnostics can cost more than a new mother.

Somewhere there are damaged components, possibly also a short circuit.
It is necessary to replace the faulty component, if the motherboard is out of order, replace this board.

Most likely, there is a short circuit somewhere ...
well, as an option, you can try to completely disconnect the burnt components, solder them ...
if it doesn’t help, then there are still problems somewhere ..

If your motherboard is not worth $1000, then buy a new motherboard - diagnostics and repair of motherboards up to $100 is not cost-effective at all.
Send me for diagnostics, I'll take a look :)
