Recently, a lot of work and in front of the monitor I spend a lot of time. I never had any problems with vision, but my eyes began to get very tired.
Tell me, does it make sense to buy glasses for working behind a monitor? Are they really useful?

It makes no sense.
What you need to do:
1) Set up the monitor. Color temperature, brightness, contrast. Selected individually.
2) Adjust working lighting.
3) Use drops that moisturize your eyes.
4) Take regular breaks. Especially helps to "look into the distance." I recommend - darts :-)
