GeForce GTX 1050 & Witcher 3, who wins??

I decided to play the third witcher, put the HD version. Even at the lowest settings it slows down terribly, it just works jerkily. I put it on the same computer a year ago, it seemed to work fine. Computer parameters:
GeForce GTX 1050
i5 7400
8gb
Windows 10
According to the recommended parameters, my computer should pass, even at the minimum. Maybe it's the HD version?

Well, maybe your drive is slowing down.
Are you sure the cable is plugged into the video card? And not in the motherboard, in the built-in?)
