What could be the problem with green dots on the screen?

Integrated graphics (Vega 8) in an AMD Ryren 3 2200g processor. Win 10. VGA connector.
Drivers are.
Occasionally, only in some areas, green dots appear on the screen for a couple of seconds, and disappear. Here is a screenshot taken at the time they appeared:

Such dots do not appear all over the screen, but usually in several horizontal stripes, the rest of the area remains normal. They also quickly disappear, do not hang for a long time.
What could be the problem? The integrated graphics model is correctly detected by the system.
UPD : This is definitely not a monitor or a cable, because these dots are visible even on the screenshot of the desktop.
UPD:In addition to green dots, there are problems of darkening the screen for a second at the time of expanding the video in youtube to full screen.

It's definitely not a monitor or a cable,

if you are sure of this, then the vidos remains. It's good to insert a video card, it will be clear right away
