Good afternoon. HDMI only works through an adapter to vga, all other ports (DP and DVi) work flawlessly. Video card 1070. The video card passes all tests on them without problems. The service said that the problem is not in the hdmi port itself, but in the gpu power phase, which cannot be turned off (I always thought that the gpu power phases work in parallel). Since it also feeds some other periphery. This answer confused me a lot. Is it possible? And have you encountered such a problem with the video card?

If it works through such an adapter, then there is a signal at the output. And the problem can be either in the HDMI cable or in the display device (monitor, or TV). Try another cable, try another monitor.
Separately, the "power phase" cannot power anything, they all work together for ONE load - on the GPU, but each in its own period of time.
