How to make VGA priority for video card instead of HDMI?

So, I have two monitors: the first one has a VGA connector, and the second one is a screen tablet (PD1560), has an HDMI connector, connected accordingly. GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI video card and integrated Intel. When both monitors are connected, the built-in Intel works on the main (VGA), which is very annoying, because the performance in games is lame, the GeForce does not turn on automatically. When you try to disable the built-in Intel in the device manager, the on-screen tablet becomes the main one (all shortcuts go there and windows along with the panel from the desktop). If the tablet is turned off, then everything falls into place: GeForce works with a VGA-portable monitor. Question: how to make VGA priority for video card instead of HDMI? Is it possible? Couldn't figure it out in bios. Disconnecting the tablet from the connector every time is not an option, it tends to wear out :(
