Which video card to choose for working with 2D graphics?

Good afternoon!
So far, AI/PS has been working with static graphics on integrated video cards, and in general, their capabilities have been enough for now. I decided to switch to Figma and faced the fact that WebGl does not start on them in principle. In addition, in the near future 100% will need to work with 2D animation. I thought that a normal video card is still needed.
My standard set of tools is Sketch on Hackintosh, Photoshop, Illustrator, in perspective - Figma and After Effects (or equivalents).
What models are worth looking at so as not to overpay too much, but also not to take unreliable trash? In what price category? I still don’t see the point of taking an expensive (more than 10,000 rubles) device, but also rubbish that will burn out in six months.
Current equipment:
Core I3
8GB RAM
SSD

Any video card from the list of supported . It is desirable not from the oldest, but 2-3 from the bottom at least (so that they do not fall off in the new version). In 2D, the difference between them is very small. The main thing is that there is hardware acceleration - that's enough. And so - the cheapest.

On 2D, you load more percent, not video. Therefore, the frequency is higher and the memory (RAM) is larger. And you will be happy!)) Well, everything is cheaper than sticking a cool video!
