GeForce Experience slows down the cursor, how to fix it?

Hello! I am coming here with this problem.
I purchased a laptop in a store, ASUS fx553vd. Everything plows, but one problem haunts. When installing firewood on the GeForce GTX 1050, GeForce Experience is installed and everything would be fine, but for some reason, because of this utility, the cursor becomes slow in games and it is impossible to play because of such conditions. The same thing happens in some programs. Twisting the sharpness does not help in any way, only the removal of firewood and utilities and the subsequent installation of firewood WITHOUT it.
I looked around the sites, I did not find a solution (well, or I just searched badly)). It costs Windows 10, 16 GB of RAM, directx 12
Maybe the utility itself needs to be configured somehow, or what is missing, some other firewood
Please help with solving the problem))

Install the latest firewood with a clean installation without experience - experience is an absolutely useless program that eats up RAM and a bit of proz in the background. It is much more efficient to adjust the graphics in the game with the knobs yourself - somewhere you can turn on high settings with vertical synchronization for beauty, and somewhere on the contrary, turn down the settings to get more FPS.
If you really don’t want to, then check the settings - video recording is probably enabled as by default in win 10 (DVR), maybe some heavy overlay is turned on in games.
