FPS drops in Streamlabs OBS, what to do?

Hello, I have been using streamlabs obs (encoder - NVENC NEW) for a long time. And recently there were drawdowns in FPS, if during the stream you do not limit the FPS of the game, then the output to the broadcast starts to freeze. Moreover, the strangest thing is that it drops either with a large number of FPS in the game, or if a complex scene is rendered, like a smoke grenade lying on the floor. And the strangest thing is that in the game I do not feel any friezes. Please tell me your options, maybe I missed something.

PS It's not difficult to limit fps, but it becomes uncomfortable for me to play because of the increased frametime (without limit 1.9-2.5, with limit 3-4 times more). Perhaps you know a way to lock fps without wasting time on frame rendering.
Thank you all very much in advance for your replies. I will check if possible.

@crilaxes

I got to the bottom of the truth, the whole problem was not in the hardware, since I said that drawdowns appeared, but they were not. If they were always there, then the question would not arise, it would definitely be the fault of the settings and hardware.
ANSWER: Run OBS, Streamlabs OBS as administrator. They (developers) have released a fix (it only works as administrator) of load balancing between live video stream encoding and game frame encoding. I dug it out in this video (link with timecode, but if it doesn't work, then - 5:51). Thanks to everyone who took part.
I will add a few keywords to the question so that the search engines can index them for people who will have such a question in the future.
