Is the part number important in replacing the video memory of a video card?

Video card GTX 1080 TI INNO3D X4
died 4 memory banks out of 11
attributed to the master, the chip is alive, only the banks are dead. I started looking for them, I have banks 7TA77-D9VRL
I didn’t find them, I found only 7VA77-D9VRL, 7SA77-D9VRL, they said they fit, because the FBGA code is identical.
I told this to the master, he said that we should look not at these numbers, but at the part number.

Does the part number on the memory chips matter, can I buy 7VA77 chips instead of 7TA77? Will it work?

Not an expert, but purely logically - the memory should be the same (unless, of course, you are an expert in video repair)
If you buy all 11 pieces, is it very expensive? (I don’t know the price)
