Is it worth buying a laptop now?

I’ve been using the budget Aspire 5250 for the third year now, at first it coped with almost everything (somehow even pulled light games), but with the increase in software requirements for the current year, the result of the work starts to annoy more and more, after a clean installation of the vaunted Win10 (although it works stably on a PC ) at all, he began to think more, and even when surfing the Internet, he became more and more annoyed with hanging on medium-heavy pages.
Having run through the catalogs, I settled on the following configuration: Intel i5 5200U, 940M, RAM > 6GB (the rest is not so important), but laptops with this stuffing in Ukraine cost about 20,000 UAH, and in the Russian Federation it comes out cheaper, but not less than 45,000 rubles.
The dollar exchange rate is terrible now, it would be better to dig earlier, but is it better to take it now, or wait?
I also saw laptops with 840M / 930M for about 2000 rubles. cheaper, is there a big performance loss with the same CPU, but with respect to the 940M?

you bring it from the store, and it is already outdated (c)
there are no breakthrough technologies that it makes sense to "wait" for now, decide on a budget and buy the current mid-upper range
if you like - with the ability to deliver memory later
, this is all you can save on

Now is the best time to buy equipment: prices in dollars are very low, the markup is very small.

Yes, it's worth it.

Psychics have been killed for a long time, but there is a feeling that there is nothing to wait for, there are no prerequisites for the growth of the ruble / hryvnia exchange rate (it will grow a little by February, because the dollar will buy less, but it will still remain around 70RUR / USD)
