How to fix Device error hung?

1080TI. In all games with DirectX 12 I get an error Device error hung
Tried:
1) Reinstall on a clean OS
2) Reinstall video drivers of different versions (with and without a clean install)
3) Drive the video card carefully and not much
4) Update everything to the latest versions
5) Leave Furmark for 30 minutes (no crashes)
The error only occurs in games running on DX12 (tried in warzone, apex, xera)
Crashes after 5-20 minutes of play. How to fix?

I put power limit 70, it stopped crashing at all.

Try running applications that use DirectX 12 but are not games.
