Hello.
Interested in a site / forum where you can find a person who will write a specific HLSL shader (freelance, programming).
I searched on all kinds of freelance sites, but did not find it: some opaque PRO accounts and / or no such narrow specificity.

It is very easy to find a specialist working with HLSL on free-lance.ru.
Go to the site search , write "HLSL" and in the search results select the desired freelancers in the "People" category.
Instead of PRO, you can look at reviews and previous projects of people :)
