Is there a way to accept payments/transfers from PayPal to another service?

I am engaged in the sale of digital content, among the buyers there are foreigners who mostly prefer to use PayPal. Due to concerns and recent reviews about Russian PayPal, I don’t want to use it, because of frequent blocking and not a favorable exchange rate.

Is it possible to receive payments/transfers from PayPal without using and not being registered with PayPal itself? Is there such a way or service that allows you to receive money by payment or transfer from PayPal? The first thing that comes to mind is our analogues: transfers from QIWI to Yandex, etc.

No one will do this, everyone is afraid of paypal, because money can be returned there, paypal does not block anything, register paypal, link a card and an account and don’t worry

Read less horror stories on the Internet.
PayPal blocks only very suspicious transactions. If you regularly receive various payments, and even marked "payment for services" instead of "gift". If the transfers are small and irregular, then everything will be in order.
Of course, PayPal's conversion rate is terrible. About 3-4% deviation from the exchange. If you buy on ebay or somewhere else that accepts PayPal, then you can not withdraw money.
In general, there are many alternatives. For amounts of several $1000, you can no longer bother and make normal Wire Transfer (interbank) transfers. For small amounts, there are options like TransferWise, PaySend and the like. They have a good conversion rate, it can be more profitable than a stick.
