Good day. Forced to go freelance due to circumstances. I work with standard web development technologies like JS (mainly Jquery), PHP, adaptive layout, SCSS, I am familiar with GIT. You also have to deal with various CMS, but it is more drawn to Frontend. For general development, I am studying React with Redux, but so far there are no such projects where I could apply all this power, and there is no practice in these technologies.
But the question is different. Why is it impossible to establish a constant flow of orders? I know many people who have less knowledge, but at the same time they are busy with work and earn good money. I tried to work on Upwork, but I still can't get an order. I receive orders from stock exchanges in the CIS, but they are cheap compared to the same Upwork. What could be wrong?

Most likely you are greatly exaggerating your level. A developer with experience cannot remain without work. And a developer without experience is zero and his level is always lower than the level of a specialist who has mastered only half of what you know, but already has several dozen real projects behind him.
