In correspondence with a potential freelancing contractor, the contractor advised to create an Order and choose it as the Contractor, so as not to work on prepaid... I.e. as far as I understand, he meant that in this way a safe transaction would be implemented, do I understand correctly? Is this service available on freelansim.ru?
