I don't quite understand what a "Multimedia portal" is, but I know for sure that there is no concept of 100,000 uniques a day. There is the concept of "10,000 users 21-35 years old, men from Mars", "20,000 users 18-30 women from Moscow", "50,000 users 19-35 men" and so on. And depending on what they (each target audience) are looking for on your portal, this is how you build your advertising strategy (just like advertisers look to see if there is a target audience they are interested in).
