How to accept payments from legal entities?

Need the easiest way to accept payments from foreign entities (US) being a physicist here.
Ideally - to receive money on the card without questions from the bank and tax.
The amounts are not so large as to create a legal entity and work as usual (currency control and other delights).
What options can be offered to foreign partners, given that it is desirable for them to arrange everything and not have problems?
