How to force the customer to pay money?

Hello everyone, I really need your advice. I'm a front-end developer, I made a project for a customer, and he doesn't pay for the third week, what should I do? I promised three times and still no payment, the problem is that before that there was a project, and they paid normally. He owes me 22,000 rubles. I am from Ukraine, he and Russia, naturally there were no documentary agreements. Their deadlines were burning and we were doing the project with the backender at the same time, that is, the entire project is already hosted by the customer. What are the levers of pressure in this case?

hire, healthy uncles who will pull out the necessary amount with a soldering iron, iron, and hammer, a hackneyed question, place the work on your server if there are no nuances that you are not doing everything in production), if in parts, then an advance payment of interest of 30-40% for each parts of the work done.
UPD:
As an option, writing reviews, not only on freelance, but in general, about the fact that a person / company is a scammer, if they value their reputation, I think they will pay, there was experience in this way they gave us money, but not the fact that your customer will do so

Don't take on the customer's problems. If his deadlines are burning, then it is his burning, not yours. And if it is really important for the customer to meet these deadlines, then he will pay for the work before the code is transferred (nothing prevents you and the backender from working on your server, demanding an advance payment, or working on a secure deal). He doesn't pay (doesn't sign the act of completed work) before the transfer of the source code - that means he has no real problem, but there is only dripping on your brains that everything needs to be uploaded to the server as soon as possible. This does not apply to regular customers (but a person who has made only one order cannot be considered permanent). Now you have a ride and the person paid, with the next one it won’t work.

If all the tails are in the water and there is no evidence? You can go the super way: lower the rating of the project. For example, through WOT and legal methods are more than enough. But you can also pay the price of a crime for lack of evidence. You can put the script of their site on the balls (forums, blogs), if there is something interesting there. Beginners will quickly make DSLRs of the project.
You can just put the website of the evildoers, say, for 5-6 hours and write to the evildoers if your casino is silent, we will close the shop, since the “felt-tip pens” are ready to take on this more than ... they graze on the mybb forums ...
In general, in such cases (if urgently quickly and " no straw") I use the help.lioo.ru/info/bablo.zip script on the customer's side- the script mirrors another site. And I make the site on my server. As soon as the payment came, I replace the script with the finished work. The customer simply does not see the difference.
If some "sorry", "force majeure for a couple of years." "yes you..." I erase my script and expose porn))) - let them enjoy Venus and Eros (Greece, culture yopt).

Break the site, current or old, the police and the Court, of course, are unlikely to help without a contract, but convince the customer of the opposite, for example, illegal weapons, "substances" and fake dietary supplements are also sold without a contract, but this is a sale, and if the population tries hard, the seller will be detained and they will put you in jail, also threaten to ruin your reputation if he has one, and the option to come and meet can also be a significant threat, and the trip will pay off, tea is not to go to Brazil, and the weight of the threats is directly proportional to the personal data of the customer found, finally, the most important aspect is moral, explain that he did evil to you, otherwise he himself probably believes that he did the right thing, and you are some kind of bandit, threatening him.

When deadlines are burning, there is money for these deadlines to pay. Otherwise, it does not happen that the deadlines are burning. This means that the client, in fact, doesn’t give a damn about the deadlines, he talks about them in order to make you plow like a draft horse, nothing else. Such clients should be sent to hell, or take a 100% prepayment
