Hello everyone,

can someone tell me where to find a freelancer to create a social network? Preferably on an existing engine of some sort. Of the special requirements, localization (in extreme cases, the ability to easily add new languages) and the introduction of a paid service with API binding, i.e. it is necessary to write the client part to the server JSON API.

This is not a startup looking for a partner, i.e. payment does not depend on the success of the project.
