Hello everyone,

can someone tell me where to find a freelancer to create a social network? Preferably on an existing engine of some sort. Of the special requirements, localization (in extreme cases, the ability to easily add new languages) and the introduction of a paid service with API binding, i.e. it is necessary to write the client part to the server JSON API.

This is not a startup looking for a partner, i.e. payment does not depend on the success of the project.

At one time I found a very smart guy on weblnacer.net for adequate money. He has been working with us for six months now.
But I’ll make a reservation right away - for one current there are a dozen freebie lovers who take projects, and then try to figure them out.
Clearly put forward the conditions for selecting candidates + a short interview or test task.
