Is Russian-speaking freelancing alive?

Is Russian-speaking freelancing alive? In particular fl.ru - is it alive? I just looked at the prices, it's a shame to throw out $ 50 for pro and mess around with bots :( Are there any real customers there, and in general movement?

Freelancing itself is alive. And will live forever.
And to whom do you think firms in the CIS order work? Australians, right?
Right now I’m sawing a project for 300,000 rubles (Russian), I didn’t have time to finish it, and the customer wants to slip me another project for an amount one and a half times more, I’m looking for someone to delegate ...
But on the exchanges 98%, yes, slag. The same is true in English-speaking freelancing.
But there the volumes are ten times higher than the volumes on the Russian-speaking exchanges, due to the large number of people who speak English, and not Russian.
Due to volumes, it seems that things are better in English.

Prices are an order of magnitude lower, the ratio of adequate customers and performers is extremely small. There is nothing to do there. This is the standard answer to all questions about Russian-speaking freelancing.

Life is a little warm, but if you are a beginner, then you will most likely not be able to recoup the money spent on a premium account. It makes sense to register and try only for the sake of finding acquaintances and gaining basic experience working with customers. You can't make money on the exchange itself.

Alive if you have an adequate portfolio, but of course it is better to learn English and freelance on foreign sites.

Apparently, I was the only one who noticed a global failure in someone's system of thinking))))
Confusing two absolutely opposite in meaning and content of the term)))
Whoever shows me at least two adequate connections between them will receive a prize...
