Do I need to register an IP?

Hey!
Now I have begun to combine regular work with remote work, so a number of questions arose:
1) Is it necessary to register an individual entrepreneur? it would not be very convenient for me, because I don’t know how long I will work remotely.
2) What about paying taxes? is it possible to simply fill out a 3-personal income tax certificate in 2016 and submit it to the tax office?
3) Which bank to choose for transfers in euros (Peter)? Do I need to take any documents to the bank?
Thank you.

I do not recommend that you open an IP. I had two, and I do not intend to contact this legal form anymore. You will have to pay every month into the pension fund, even if you don't make a profit. What Not to Do in an LLC You will have a small number of transactions, so you can find a person who will serve your LLC for little money, less than you pay a pensioner in an IP. You can do your own reporting.
The government was going in 2015-16 to oblige individual entrepreneurs to pay 54 thousand rubles a year. Now the crisis and the idea has so far been abandoned, but this does not mean that very "smart" deputies will not come up with something like that again. After all, they think that if you are a businessman, then under your bed there are capsules with money that you hide from the state.
In addition, according to IP, you will be responsible for your property. And if you have debts, you will not be released abroad, unlike the owners of an LLC with debts.
Update 02/12/15: LLC maintenance has now risen in price and costs about 60k per year on outsourcing. The ideal option is to master reporting yourself. There are various services such as "Elba", "My business", etc. There are courses on torrents, there are also various training videos on YouTube.
Update 05/03/15: there are wonderful services, such as "buttons", that solve issues for significantly less money.

1) For a small business, this is fatal.
2) To work for external customers, this is not very good and setting yourself up, especially with the current state of affairs.
3) It's probably easier to open a skrill and get a card from the skrill and do without Russian banks.

If you plan to seriously engage in freelancing / remote work, then you should open an IP. It's inexpensive, fast, and painless.
You can estimate the costs: opening an IP 800r. + opening a bank account (1000 rubles + 500 rubles / month maintaining an account - Avangard Bank) + taxes once a quarter. Everything is done in 10 days.
It is better to accept currency to a PayPayle account, having previously connected an IP account there and having passed all the verifications.
The IP is closed very simply and quickly.
Reporting can be done by yourself - there is nothing complicated.
You can read in detail about IP and LLC, for example, on Habré: Company blog I love IP .

In short, even if you work in St. Petersburg and live here. It is not necessary to register the company.
Now, roughly speaking, there are companies that work on outsourcing.
That is, they give you a seal, all documents, signatures.
Next, put 1C, for example, and make invoices and documents yourself.
Look for people, gen. directors who can be contacted.
There are services on the Internet.
But with payment in euros, of course, there will be a hemorrhoid, the fact is that our companies in Russia cannot accept currency. It is illegal.
Therefore, you will have to look for an exchange service.
If you contact me, I will clarify. I have a couple of genders that work with Finland.
If necessary, I can learn about foreign exchange transactions.
For some reason, everyone is obsessed with the discoveries of the company. It needs to be opened from the very last moment - when there is no other way out (for example, they want to transfer 500,000 rubles to you by bank transfer)
