Do you think it is possible to publish such a portfolio in an upwork profile?

Hello. I decided to try freelancing and chose upwork. I made a beta portfolio with templates that I made up and added 3d models :)
Basically, they look at the portfolio, what they have achieved, what they have done. Do I have a chance with such a portfolio, even if it is a beta version, to take an order? Is this enough for the first order? Are there any offers on the exchange with knowledge of css3, html5, jquery, bootstrap? I'm simple while I own this stack of technologies, while I understand jquery and slowly master js, so that later I can switch to frameworks. What do you suggest, what do you recommend?

Terrible! :( In no case do not publish or do this, the portfolio is loaded in half a minute, and even after loading it continues to take 30% of the processor time in the idle state, and there is no preloader (progressbar), of course, I didn’t look at the work itself , learn at least the simplest optimization and get into the habit of at least the simplest profiling at each stage.
