В течение двух/трёх месяцев планирую переехать туда (план уехать появился месяц назад , сейчас прорабатываю варианты по бюджету и простоте)
Как там сейчас с получением оплаты ? Российские карты вроде как всё
Ещё интересно есть ли там возможность открыть счёт в банке ?
Как там с визой ? Визаран всё ещё рабочая схема ?

Да, всё это возможно. Все тайцы, например, могут легально получать оплату.
Непонятно при чём здесь российские карты. Я со своей европейской картой могу расплачиваться по всему миру, в том числе и в Таиланде.
Да, счёт в банке можно открыть.
