But first, Payoneer was closed, and now PayPal will not transfer money within our (Russian) country. I have an individual entrepreneur, you can work under a contract and everything is more or less clear with him, there is a contract, then there will be payments, we go through VK and that's it, I have money in my account. But what to do with VAT, it is not clear whether it should be paid, who should pay it? If you need to pay me, then this is extremely unprofitable ... maybe someone is well versed in telling how to act

Why did you decide that you have to pay VAT? If you have a simplified tax system and / or a patent, then you are exempt from paying VAT.
