Will the bank account be blocked?
Hello!
Soon I will have a large inflow of funds (about 30k usd) to my personal account (which will then be repeated 6 more times). I will also need to transfer part of the funds to other individuals (both to bank accounts and to ED). This is all naturally not payment for work, but the procedure for donating funds and returning loans.
The question is, how do banks treat such operations? Do they block accounts? Do they talk to the tax office about this?
How will they react if the transfer is not in rubles, but in foreign currency?
In particular, Alfa-Bank's attitude to all this is of interest. Also, if someone knows a loyal bank, please advise him. Thanks.:)

6 million rubles? If you want real peace of mind, accept only from physicists, open accounts in 10 banks and in each bank no more than 600k at a time. Before 10 days, do not touch the money. Then everything will most likely be fluffy.
In total, more than 600k, the chance that the Security Council will ask a question of almost 100% that will need to be answered, moreover, they can merge into financial monitoring and have to blush.
If transfers from legal entities and / or cross-border ones are generally tinny, they may not even be credited to the account without an agreement (and not even give out).
In addition, in a rare bank, according to the tariffs, you can withdraw more than 300-600-900k per month and / or transfer more than 100-150k per day and 300-600k per month. So if you receive such an amount, it may take you another year to withdraw it :) Be sure to read the bank's tariffs for interbank limits and cash withdrawals!
In general, few banks work in foreign currency, according to the law, such transfers are now only allowed between relatives, so there is no chance.
Bankers are not idiots, loan repayments and donations (and donations, by the way, are taxable transactions) are long-standing schemes for tax evasion or laundering, they first of all fall on the pencil.
Also, is the bank mandatory? Contact, blitz, anelik, western union, etc. - more tolerant systems in this regard.
Call the bank.
I advise you to translate not by 30k, but by 17.
Federal Law of August 7, 2001 N 115-FZ.
In alpha bank, my accounts were blocked, moreover, I transferred much smaller amounts. After talking with the security service, everything was decided.
Break transfers into smaller amounts. With an amount of 30k, there is a high probability of getting to the currency control and answering questions from the bank's Security Council.
Also note that if currency control comes into play, then for missing / incorrectly executed / overdue documents, a fine of 75% to 100% of the transfer amount is possible.
In general, if you register as an individual entrepreneur, pay 6% income taxes and complete all the documents, then it turns out 1. legally, 2. cheaper than in payment systems like wester unioun.
In two weeks with Elba and Alfabank, you can meet the registration and paperwork.
PS If you really want to transfer money from abroad in a tricky way, then you can try to open an account in a Lithuanian bank, get a card from there and cash out at an ATM.
It turns out quite reliably, but only you will still have a tax of 13%.
From whom will the money come? residents or not? Legal entities or individuals?
Questions from banks usually arise when crediting an account from 5K USD in foreign currency. They may ask you to show the contract under which money is transferred to you, and with each such transfer they are asked to drive to the office and sign on a special form that the transfer is really yours, and not by mistake. And if you do not fulfill these requirements, then most likely the account will be blocked. So at least it was a few years ago in Raiffeisen, Alpha will most likely act in a similar way. The likelihood of a knock on the tax with such amounts, according to rumors, is very high.
And if the currency comes from the payment system from an account in my own name? There is a mark for translation: HONORARIUM
They can block the account, but it’s not scary: the bank will unblock it for you after your visit and explanation, but you need to think about the tax office right now (of course, they merge all transactions there, they are obliged to do this).
If the transfer is in foreign currency, currency control will ask you to show documents (passport of the transaction, or something, is called). But it also depends where the money comes from: if the transfer is from a yurika to a physicist or from abroad, this is a very dumb transfer.
Remember the following:
1. It is better if the transfer amount is not more than 600 thousand rubles (or equivalent). Large amounts attract attention, there are such instructions .
2. If the currency comes, then they may ask for documents. But this is not tough: as a rule, you can bring a scan of the contract and say that I received money under this contract.
3. Taxes - pay.
Be prepared to provide contracts in accordance with which payments are made in all directions. Now banks have a lot of tacit instructions, the fight against one-day firms, all the cases.
Are currency transfers between accounts allowed between residents of the Russian Federation? I recently heard that it doesn't.
Transfers came from abroad from a company to an individual, the amounts are much less than yours. They called from the currency control of the bank (Raiffeisen), they were interested in the purpose of the payment and the country of departure. At the beginning of the new year, I paid tax on the amounts so that there would be no more questions for me. There were no questions yet (pah, pah, pah)
There will be suspicions of cashing out. The accounts of physicists are usually not closed for this reason, but they can enter a type of quarantine for 5-6 days to check the companies from which you received the money.
I suggest:
- split the payment amounts
- use a dozen banks
- use the recipient's IP (-6% for withdrawal) and complete security
