Mobile UI target files? What sizes to give to customers?

Question for practitioners: In 2017, what final files should the interface designer provide to the customer? A bunch of devices, a bunch of permissions, a bunch of further development environments. Let 's say the work:
"We need an interface design for a mobile application for android / iOS."
So, let's say internal icons, buttons and all other ui elements are drawn. How many different folders with different sizes according to the unwritten standard does the designer supply? By analogy with the app icon? For example for android: ldpi (120 dpi) (Low density screen), mdpi (160 dpi) (Medium density screen), hdpi (240 dpi) (High density screen), xhdpi (320 dpi) (Extra-high density screen), xxhdpi (480 dpi) (Extra-extra-high density screen), xxxhdpi(640 dpi) (Extra-extra-extra-high density screen)
So you, as a designer, make these 6 folders and save the fitted / adjusted elements in each? Or do you do 3 sizes? Do you charge an additional fee for additional sizes, how many percent? In what way / scripts do you make new sizes?

@opium

It is logical to ask the customer what sizes are needed, well, different resolutions are now generated automatically in simple cases and cost about nothing.
