Confirmation Of Services from Upwork all through technical support https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us request or is it somehow easier?
The support is recommended precisely through the ticket. each time to create to send a signed pdf, wait until someone answers on duty that day, and so on. And this despite the fact that they are now loading attachments there, at least for the last couple of days when trying to attach a pdf file - everything hangs and the comment is not added (in the end they told me to send them via dropbox, i.e. link)
And the second question : Do you request CoS after the money has already fallen into the transit currency account or can you not wait for this and immediately ask how they left upwork? in order to quickly receive a signed one from the support and, accordingly, quickly provide it in VK.

And why don’t you have normal banks, for which it is enough to provide a public offer once and then all payments go automatically? Or is it a legal requirement?
