elance.com & odesk.com - leaders of foreign freelance exchanges;
free-lance.ru - very popular, many orders, fully monetized, captured by freelancers who have gained ratings;
weblancer.net - used to be very popular, now I don't know;
freelansim.ru - convenient, beautiful, simple, but unfortunately empty, I hope in the future the situation with a small number of customers will change.

free-lance.ru is the most popular, about 1000 ads per day (in all categories)
weblancer.net and freelance.ru are less popular resources - 300 ads per day (in all categories) I am currently collecting
statistics from them, so I know .

I have been using Weblancer.net for over 5 years now.
He basically feeds me. It is quite possible to earn up to 2-3K$. The main thing that would be the experience and desire to work.
The interface is very clear and convenient, at least I don’t like all other exchanges just because of their complex interfaces.
And most importantly, there is a cozy homely atmosphere!
