How to work out in the heat without air conditioning and not go crazy?
Hello!
There is an unreal heat +35 and it will look like this for several weeks, in the morning / evening +22. For many reasons, I can not install air conditioning.
The efficiency of work falls, I noticed that I work at half strength maximum.
Who is saved in the heat without air conditioning?

You can take a laptop, a 3g modem and go to the nearest forest for the whole day and work there. It's not so hot there, fresh air and no city noises, only birds sing :)
The fan was invented long before the conduit, you take a large one so that it makes almost no noise at the lowest speed.
Didn't read the answers. Feet in cool water, and if it's cold then hot. Saved so many times.
Our air conditioner has broken, the windows of the door are open, there are fans - it does not help. We sit and read the weather forecast and work at a third of our strength. Some people try to get to work early. I personally came down with the flu, I work from home.
How did you get down? We decided to take doping in the form of ice cream.
Why I don’t work at night - there used to be such a topic, the regime got lost, then it was somehow difficult to switch. And when the family is at home, working at night is not the best way out.
Perhaps I will work the hottest days from home.
I put cold water in the spray bottle and spray myself. When the water evaporates, you feel a coolness, which lasts for about an hour with a heat of +27. In the same way I escaped last year in transport. By the way, it helps a lot to fall asleep in the heat, I also spray myself 2-3 times before falling asleep. You may think this method is stupid, but it costs nothing and is easy to try.
Tinted windows, fan and pieces of ice. Well, you can pour the curtains with ice water.
I once lived in a rented apartment, I didn’t want to install an air conditioner, because I knew that I would live in it for less than 2 months. Rescued a portable outdoor, taken from work, there was a couple in case of regular server cooling.
The author of the question is lucky - cool. In one of the past years, the temperature was +30 in the morning and +40 in the afternoon. And it's in the shade.
If you put your feet in a bowl of water, you feel better.
