Free ssl certificate. Options?

Hello!
Are there options now for issuing free ssl certificates, a la Let's Encrypt for a number of subdomains (Let's Encrypt has a limit of 20 per week.)?

20 per week per IP, each can have up to 100 domains. Total 20*100=2000 domains. Are you short on a week? It seems to me that you need them for phishing sites.
