What does the warning during installation affect?

I keep getting this warning during installation.

Game scripts or other custom code contains OnMouse_ event handlers. Presence of such handlers might impact performance on handheld devices.
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)

And yes I have methods like

void OnMouseDown(){ ................ }
void OnMouseOver(){ .................. }

as if I understand that this is intended for the mouse, but it seems to be fine for the finger too ...
pay attention to this, are there any methods that replace the mouse click so that there are no such warnings?
