Flexbox or Grid?

What is the best way to make landings?
I don't mean individual containers, but the whole bady.

If it is more convenient to make up a block with grids, then use a grid in it. If it is more convenient to make up a block with flex, then use flex.
Having previously looked in the TOR for a specific landing page, which browsers are needed.
