Firewall and console application?
It became interesting how self-written console applications connecting to the network (for example, a Telegram bot) work if a firewall is enabled?
After all, he should actually block outgoing requests from applications that are clearly not allowed there?
But nowhere in the firewall my console applications are registered, but they work ... Explain?

By default, the firewall blocks incoming, not outgoing.
If you explicitly forbid - then it will block outgoing ones as well.
