We are considering "bulletproof" hosting, where is it more reliable, why?
Some, specific sites, whose activities intersect with regional laws, are semi-legal as a result, their servers are located in Montreal or Amsterdam, why? What is specific? Why not Berlin, London?

Canada is also for this purpose - it’s close to New York and the East Coast, but it doesn’t fall directly under US laws,
