Eyes hurt! hp 430 g3 What to do?

I bought myself
catalog.onliner.by/notebook/hp/p5r31ea
It seems that everything is fine - but after my monitor (ASUS with ips matrix) the laptop seems very dim - even at max brightness + I constantly feel that I squint when I look at it.
Somehow I decided to sit both on the laptop and on the monitor - and ofigel - my eyes get tired of the laptop in just a minute.
They start to hurt - when I look at my monitor - it's normal - like on a laptop - my eyes strain
I read something about PWM - I checked the flicker on the iphone and on the SLR - I didn’t notice much that it’s straight margalo
WHAT TO DO? ((
Thank you!

@koronabora

1) Connect the laptop to the monitor, and work.
2) Disassemble the laptop, look at the matrix code, find the list of compatible matrices, find among them ips with the desired brightness, order this matrix. Swap one for the other. Sell the old one.

the laptop just lay mostly in the bag
Let it lie further.
my monitor (ASUS with ips matrix)
And use them.
the fact of the matter is that there was a question about the need for it - it makes no sense to have both a laptop and a computer - I think to leave the laptop - but Eran does not suit me. To sell or not to sell, that is the question
To work, you need a good monitor, a keyboard with sufficient key travel, and a well-positioned mouse. From this follows a natural answer to the question.

a matrix with a resolution of 1366x768 is embarrassing even to put in a phone, BUT IN A 14" LAPTOP it's full of tin .. Sell it to some sucker until you lose your eyesight.
