Good afternoon, there is a TV with the ability to connect external hard drives but without smart functions. Interested in whether there is a way to simultaneously connect an external hard drive (pocket, flash drive) to a PC and TV at the same time? To transfer files from PC to hard, and watch TV. I thought if you buy or make a usb wire 2 papi 1 mom, hard to mom and dad in TV and PC, will it work?

You don't need a disk, but a NAS. Either standalone or based on a wifi router.

You can almost do this if the TV has a grid, if not, then nothing
