External keyboard works under PC but doesn't work under MacBook Pro, what's the problem?

Good afternoon! There is an Apple mb110ru keyboard and a MacBook Pro 2015 laptop (final). The keyboard works great for any device, but it does not want to work with this laptop, the laptop simply does not respond to it.
What to do, tell me plzzzzz ....

The problem is solved in part, a solution has been found that helps in 95% of cases. There is some element in the keyboard that sometimes stops working, a reboot is required, what I do to make the keyboard work:
- Turn off the poppy.
- Disconnect the poppy from the network.
- Disconnect the keyboard from the poppy.
- Wait 10 minutes.
- Turn on the poppy and already at the moment of the place to enter the password, connect the keyboard.
If it doesn't work, repeat again. If for the first time my keyboard worked in 70% of cases, then the second time it is already 95%.
