Why is Right Alt no longer recognized as AltGr?
After swapping the USB keyboard (simple Genius GK-100011), the right alt ceased to be AltGr and all the special characters that were entered into the layout through the Keyboard Layout Manager began to work only through Ctrl + Alt (it doesn’t matter which one).
SharpKeys works somehow unclear: it recognizes pressing altos every other time, besides, it doesn’t have AltGr in principle.
Windows 7 x64 if relevant.
What could be the problem?
