Keyboard, trackpad and USB slot stopped working on MacBook Air, what can I do?

On the MacBook Air 11.6" A1370 2011, the keyboard, trackpad and USB slot on the right stopped working.
First of all I tried to reset NVRAM / PRAM and SMC, which did not bring any effect. The keyboard does not work at all, there is no reaction to pressing the buttons. The USB slot on the left works, an external keyboard and mouse can be easily connected there, and you can work.
What could it be?

Once, the battery on my poppy pro swelled up and it pressed on the keyboard and touchpad and they did not work, just replacing the battery helped.
