Enroll a new Machine-Owner Key? Yes/No. When upgrading from Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. What to choose?

When updating a (normal) DELL Vostro 15 3000 series laptop, with Linux Ubuntu 16.04 LTS preinstalled, a question arose:

┌───────────────────────┤ Configuring Secure Boot ├────────────────────────┐
│ A new Machine-Owner key has been generated for this system to use when │
│ signing third-party drivers. This key now needs to be enrolled in your │

"No" is highlighted by default, what to choose, tell me? I encountered this for the first time ..
And how will this all affect the subsequent update to 18.04 LTS? Will there be any problems with the update and work?

This is a UEFI feature for using only signed drivers, security, all things.
Writes that the new system - a new key.
So click where is selected by default.
