What program to use to test a laptop?

I'm going to buy a used laptop, the seller says that the hardware is at the highest level - core i7, ram 8gb, 1tb hard, etc. I want to find a program that will confirm that yes, this laptop is what it is exposed to.

Will the seller let me install some kind of software?)) Aida64 is certainly good ... but you can see the processor and memory in Control Panel\System. And in the same place go to Device Manager in the menu on the left.
