Engine and parser xml csv catalog for showcase >100K?

Hello!
Please help clarify what is the best way to develop a parser for xml csv directories. With a huge number of goods from 100 thousand to 2M and, accordingly, the platform to which it is fastened so that it works. It is clear that the performance of the system depends on many parameters.
In general, we are talking about a showcase of goods, now there are many working (more or less) sites and even ready-made cms .. but it was developed exclusively for one affiliate network ... I would like not to depend on it.
At the moment, I only know that opencart and wordpress are definitely not pulling and hanging.
There is one working site on drupal with a catalog of about 2.5M products - it works smartly - but they say that this is not the best solution.
I would like to hear your suggestions. what would be the best solution in this case?

Take any framework - Laravel, Yii2 and you can do it. Everything depends on the directness of the hands of
Wordpress, if you file it well with a file, then it will also be normal ))
At the very php directory for 3 million records according to API in batches of hours for 6 is updated.

I also saw such showcases with a million products on DLE. But it is completely unclear how the system will behave under a load of at least 300 people a day. Not to mention more.
